Collective has been active in Far North Queensland, and now that we have a permanent presence in Townsville, it reinforces our commitment to regional Queensland and builds on the successful work we have already been completing in the region.

Josh Borthwick
An award-winning consultant, Josh brings 16 years of experience in the plumbing and construction industry, including six years in managerial roles where he successfully led large Hydraulic and Fire teams. He has delivered complete hydraulic design and documentation for complex developments across various sectors, including the landmark Logan Hospital Expansion, which received the 2024 Queensland Hydraulic Consultancy Design of the Year award.
Sean Bell
A proven leader and design authority, Sean is an industry-leading consultant with 20 years of expertise in Hydraulic and Fire services. Throughout his career, spanning seven years in managerial positions, he has led the full design and documentation of complex projects. Sean’s extensive knowledge covers diverse sectors, including major Health, Defence, residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Australia.
