- Assisting the project lead in managing multiple projects to ensure timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to.
- Preparing detailed technical documentation such as mechanical layouts, thermal load calculations, reports, and specifications.
- Providing mentorship and technical support to junior staff to foster their professional development.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and other building services engineers to achieve seamless project objectives.
- Ensuring all mechanical designs and projects comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
