Launceston Creative Precinct

41-55 Paterson Street, Launceston, TAS

Collective Engineering is working with Creative Property Holdings (CPH) to deliver a luxury five-star design hotel in Launceston’s CBD at 41-55 Paterson Street. The Launceston Creative Precinct will feature a range of facilities, including restaurants, a spa and function spaces.

We are engaged to deliver the services engineering, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and vertical transport. It’s fantastic to be working on this inspired development alongside Telha Clarke and Skyscape Management Group.

The vibrant local precinct will consist of a 190 room hotel, supporting hospitality, business and education facilities.

Jeremy Rockliff, Tasmania’s Minister for Tourism & Hospitality said the project “will create local jobs, inject $212 million into our economy and further cement Tasmania’s reputation as a year-round tourist destination.”

A formal development application will be submitted to the Launceston City Council in the coming months. If approved, construction will begin in the second half of 2025.
