Office Administrator
Melbourne Full-time, onsite
We are looking for an office administrator to join our growing team in Melbourne.

If you’re organised, motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an experienced administrator with at least two years of office experience, and a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. From managing core administrative tasks to organising social events and initiatives. You’ll help us to keep a positive and welcoming workplace. A Justice of the Peace (JP) registration is a bonus but not essential.

You’ll also assist with proposals, document creation, and formatting, ensuring exceptional client service and high-quality results. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to Collective Engineering, working collaboratively with our diverse and fun team.

Our office is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just a short walk from Flinders Street and Southern Cross stations.
