•Developing and implementing strategic plans for electrical engineering initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
•Spearheading the design and development of complex electrical systems and components.
•Collaborating with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
•Ensuring all projects and systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
