Collective Engineering is working with Freecity on an innovative residential purpose-built student accommodation development located at 169-171 Herring Road in the vibrant heart of Macquarie Park, NSW.

The 20-level apartment building will feature approximately 528 PBSA units, with a lower ground level and two levels of basement parking to accommodate residents’ needs. Constructed using Freecity’s Volumetric Modular Construction (VMC) methodology, it will be the tallest of its kind in Australia upon completion.

Residents will have access to a suite of communal amenities, including a media and cinema room, dedicated meeting and study spaces, areas for work and events, a library, a fully equipped gym, communal kitchen and dining facilities, laundry amenities, an onsite café, and landscaped outdoor gardens designed to foster connection and community.
