Collective Engineering is excited to have contributed to the award-winning Daylesford Eco Village, an impressive project located 100 km northwest of Melbourne’s CBD.
Designed to blend harmoniously with its natural surroundings, the Village consists of 31 sophisticated townhouses created by leading sustainable architect Breathe, with stylised landscaping by Acre.
The homes feature an average 7.5-star NatHERS rating, are all-electric, and come equipped with solar panels as standard. Focused on carbon-neutral living, sustainably sourced materials and thoughtful design reduced the environmental footprint without compromising style or comfort.
Hygge Property’s vision and commitment to sustainability in the Daylesford Eco Village earned them the inaugural Excellence in Sustainability award at the REA Group Excellence Awards.
