Collective Engineering is providing MEP building engineering services for this unique luxury project, which features:
- A single tower with 21 levels, including a landscaped rooftop
- 92 units, ranging from studios to expansive 4-bedroom apartments
- Food and beverage outlets on the lower levels for convenient dining
- Three basement levels accommodating 107 cars, 22 motorbikes, and 106 bicycles
