JQZ’s high-end residential apartment complex ‘Origami’ on 47-55 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction, is set to rise like a perfectly folded piece of paper—or steel.
Collective Engineering is providing MEP building engineering services for this unique luxury $500M project. The design features a single 21-level tower, complete with a landscaped rooftop and 88 residential units, which range from studios to expansive 4-bedroom apartments.
The lower levels of the complex will also offer convenient food and beverage outlets, and three basement levels will provide parking for 107 cars, 22 motorbikes, and 106 bicycles.
