Set to open in mid-2026, construction has commenced on Punthill Epping, which will provide premium, self-contained accommodation within the vibrant Greengate precinct, catering to the rising demand for quality short and extended stays in Melbourne’s north.
The six-story, 4,500 sqm development features 100 modern apartments comprising studios and one- and two-bedroom layouts. Collective Engineering is providing MEP building engineering services for this project.
