We were pleased to provide building services engineering for Abadeen’s ultra-luxury residential project at 34 Burran Avenue, Mosman, during the Development Application phase.

Positioned just 50m from Balmoral Beach, the project comprises three whole-floor residences with panoramic harbour views.

During the DA phase, our team focused on developing integrated MEP design strategies that support the contemporary architecture while ensuring optimal comfort, efficiency and performance for these exceptional homes.
