Collective Engineering has been engaged by Bellcorp Management to provide design services in collaboration with Webber Architects and Regents Park Christian School. Following a successful tender process, the project has been awarded to RCCI, with Collective Engineering now providing technical peer review services for the building services disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Security/ICT, Hydraulic, and Fire Services.
The project comprises a new multi-storey Administration and Student Hub integrated within the existing campus. The ground floor will accommodate reception, student services, sick bay, offices, and meeting rooms. The upper level will include staff amenities, a canteen, boardroom, flexible wellbeing spaces, storage, and a uniform shop. A rooftop terrace will connect to a new link bridge providing direct access to adjoining existing facilities.
The development has been carefully planned to integrate with the existing campus, with strong consideration given to circulation, accessibility, and the school’s connection with the wider community. External works will include new link bridges, terraces, and additional car parking to enhance connectivity across the campus.
